If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear it.
We will be happy to exchange an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item.
If you believe your item is not in sound condition, please reach us via our contact page to request an exchange. Returned items should contain an unused portion of wine in original packaging with receipt of purchase and documentation relevant to your request. Items deemed by us to be faulty will be exchanged for the current vintage. We regret we cannot take responsibility for poor cellaring conditions of museum and rare vintages.
Please allow 7 working days for an exchange to be processed.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery fees are not refundable.
