    A floral, textural, medium bodied red banger.
    Spicy blueberry, charcuterie and smoky liquorice allsorts.
    Pinot noir dreams.

    METHOD NATUREL
    Handmade in small terracotta amphorae.
    Wild fermented on skins for 30+ days, whole bunch pressed and rested in ampohora for one year.
    Bottled unfined, unfiltered with natural balance (lightly cloudy) and minimal sulphites.
    Still wine style (not sparkling).
    Derwent Valley Tasmania single vineyard provenance.
